Trodden Black , Jalapeño Burnt Apple Ketchup, 250ml

Sweet and tangy.

The base is made with burnt apple and green tomato caramel then Trodden Black chuck in loads of lacto-fermented Jalapeños. Finished with lime and kaffir for tang, miso paste and wild Irish spirulina for added depth.
